MENTORING & LESSONS / LEVEL-UP PROGRAMME
Across four weeks, you’ll learn through live sessions, tailored briefs, studio collaboration and regular feedback from a working creative director. Everything you learn connects directly to the work you’re creating.
How each week works
The programme follows a consistent weekly rhythm, giving you clear deadlines, regular support and enough time to develop your work independently.
01 / MON
Monday briefing, 60 minutes
Meet the group, receive your brief and understand the objectives, deliverables and priorities for the week.
02 / FLEX
Independent project work, 5 to 10 hours
Research, develop concepts and produce your work around your existing schedule.
03 / LIVE
Coworking session, 45 minutes
Work alongside the group, ask questions and get help with ideas, decisions or blockers.
04 / THU
Thursday feedback, 90 minutes
Present your progress, discuss ideas and receive practical feedback from your mentor and peers.
05 / MON
Monday submission
Submit your finished work for written review before beginning the next brief.
Live participation matters. The conversations, questions and shared feedback are an important part of learning together.
Practical lessons you can apply immediately
Sessions are built around the realities of working in a creative studio. Rather than sitting through long lectures, you’ll break down briefs, work through examples, discuss creative decisions and apply what you learn directly to your own projects.
Four weeks, one studio journey
WEEK 01 / DIRECTION
Find your direction
Learn how to interpret a brief, identify what matters and develop a clear initial concept.
WEEK 02 / DEVELOPMENT
Build the system
Test your ideas, respond to feedback and build a consistent visual direction across different formats.
WEEK 03 / PACE
Work with pace
Make confident decisions within tighter deadlines, prioritise the most important work and communicate progress clearly.
WEEK 04 / FINALISE
Make it count
Refine your outcomes, explain your creative reasoning and present your work as a strong portfolio case study.
Mentoring built around your work
Your individual briefs are selected around your strengths, development areas and the type of creative career you want to pursue. This could include branding, campaigns, packaging, digital design, editorial, motion or presentation.
Throughout the programme, your mentor acts as a creative director and client lead. They help you understand the brief, challenge your thinking and give direct, constructive feedback grounded in professional studio practice.
01 / LIVE
Live feedback during weekly group sessions
02 / TOGETHER
Informal support during facilitated coworking
03 / REVIEW
Written feedback on submitted projects
Feedback is a conversation rather than a list of changes to follow. You’ll learn when to adopt a suggestion, adapt it, test another option or defend an existing decision with a clear reason.

Clear, flexible support
Important instructions are shared verbally and in writing, with projects broken into clear stages, tasks and deadlines. Participants can ask for additional clarification, written summaries, alternative ways to discuss their work or reasonable adjustments where needed.
